THE BENEFITS OF THE FRANKENSTEIN PROJECT

Here is a succinct and non-exhaustive presentation of the main benefits of the Frankenstein Project. These benefits are the most global, the most essential and the most strategic for private and / or public investors.

  • To attract a national and international audience in the city hosting the Center and/or the Park.
  • To boost international tourism: visitors from around the world will come to benefit from this exceptionally global venue with its innovative form and content.
  • Economic development of the city, an entire region, or even the country.
  • Infrastructure development of the city (city-periphery-site links), such as transport facilities.
  • Jobs creation.
  • To assign the Park and/or the Center as true embassies, that is to say diplomatic representations of the national identity of the host country at the global level, and showcase the history, the culture, the traditions and the development of the host country.
  • To strengthen or open up the host country to the world, by land and air, and to enhance the visibility and recognition of the country in the international scene
  • To enhance the cultural, the technological and the scientific heritage of the host country, for its own citizens as well as for the international audience.
  • To support researches: development of cultural and scientific projects in cooperation with the main specialised institutions of the host country. The Center and/or the Park will be locomotives of national research and will promote the international development of the latter.
  • To innovate educational tools at the forefront of technology, and to promote a renewal of learning and the knowledge in the field of education.
  • The Motion Capture studio in its proposed dimensions is a factor for the development of national and regional cinema.
  • The Mary SHELLEY Institute trains students in deploying latest technologies in the field of entertainment (digital arts, fine arts, television, cinema, writing, advertising, theater, sculpture, internet, special effects, etc.). Students, by the exceptional quality of their training, will be the worthy representatives of their country on an international scale.

For potential investors, future agreements on the materialisation of the project will follow the protocol of the use in the matter. The specific details in the investment and the return of investment conditions will have to be determined according to the profile of different actors and stakeholders in the forthcoming negotiations. The intellectual property of the Frankenstein Project as well as the legitimacy to discussing the content and the concrete implications of it come right back to the company Three Golden Doors Sàrl.

FINALLY

The Frankenstein Center and the Frankenstein Park are two parts of the Frankenstein Project. They address the general public by telling the same story. If one is more precisely thought for an urban space, the other, by its physical dimensions implies the mobilization of a much larger frame, peri-urban, even remote from the city.
Both provide a discourse of a fantastic odyssey, with the will to illuminate a common good – an invaluable treasure that connects and transcends the differences among all humans’ beings, since the nature of the odyssey is the essence that constitutes people.

The Frankenstein Center wishes to unveil to its visitors a breath-taking epic. To fulfil this mandate, this unique setting aims to be the perfect match between different teachings of mythologies, to facilitate the transfer of knowledge to future generations, and above all to initiate the most unbridled form of fun.

The Frankenstein Center is a tremendously ambitious project, which is totally innovative in its operating system. Our concept, envisioning the relationship between park visitors from a new angle, is unrivalled by other ideas of park building.

The Frankenstein Center aims to maintain and develop the link between Art and Science as found in great myths.

As already presented, Greek mythology, the Victorian world and the scientific research in evolution are the sources of inspiration for the project. Currently they are our chosen communication tools that allow our audience to understand the teaching so that the transmission of knowledge can be achieved.

IMPORTANT: Those worlds are changeable according to the cultures that adopt the Center. Indeed, provided the universality of mythologies, other cultures can be selected to support the main discourse. The franchise can be developed to establish cultural embassies in different countries and continents.

The goal of the Center is to open the city to the world, to be a propagator of creativity, a driving force for artistic creation and exchange of ideas at the global level.

Shadowed by the excessive driving force of becoming human, through exploration in the Frankenstein Center what is to be learned is only a prologue of human beings on the horizon of their destiny.

In order to share and popularise such a wonderful adventure, a venue is to be built to entertain to the fullest extent. Visitors are then immersed in a world where amusement, emotions, sensations and adventurous spirits are felt with an unprecedented intensity.

TO MATERIALISE THIS PROJECT

This file, which you have just read is only a sketch.
To give life to Frankenstein Center, we must of course make a complete modelling of this company. To do this, we have established a development in two phases*.

THE FIRST PHASE which consisted in imagining the specificity of the Center, it’s functioning and the elements that compose it in detail, has so far been completed. The file you are reading is the result of this preliminary work.

THE SECOND PHASE aims to visually develop the Frankenstein Center as a whole, and to design an animated presentation. In order to carry out this complex task, funding is necessary, which is precisely the purpose of this presentation.
5 distinct levels, 9 major frames, all the buildings constituting the Center and several attractions need to be designed most of which are totally without precedent.

Each element constituting the Center must be considered as an autonomous but connected module. This module system offers ideal flexibility when designing the Frankenstein Center.

The Center can thus be made up of modules selected according to the available space, the geographical or cultural context, the budget, the story to tell or any other considerations allowing to create an adapted and evolving space. Indeed, the modules not retained at the creation of the Center can be added later during a phase of development or extension of this entertainment framework.

To further proceed the project development, visual designers will be hired to elaborate and design these elements under the control of specialists in each area. Simultaneously, another team is going to create an animated 3D trailer that is to present the Frankenstein Center in 90 seconds.
The time required for all of the works is estimated to be 24 months, at the end of which we will be able to present the project as a whole to interested parties and potential buyers.

To implement this project, the attached budget outlined is required.

* All the studies involving engineering, feasibility, costs and public circulation depend on several factors that we do not know at the present time. In the third phase, these studies would be supplied by experts and would use precise data specific to the particular site and configuration chosen for the Center’s realisation.
